Orders & Delivery

- How Do I Apply My Discount Code?

Discount codes can be applied once you have progressed to the 'Chekout' stage. Once in the checkout please click the box at the top that says 'Show Order Summary' and then you will be able to enter your discount code in the box provided. Alternatively once you progress to the 'Payment' stage of the checkout you will find a box to enter your discount code.

- Where Is My Order Confirmation?

You should receive your order confirmation via email within 30 minutes of placing your order. If for some reason you do not receive your order confirmation then please contact us and we will look into the problem for you. Always be sure to add us to your safe sender list and check your spam folder for any emails that may have been directed there.

- How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

Most of our orders are shipped by Evri 2-3 days tracked shipping. We will endeavour to ship all orders on the same day and if not then it will definitely be shipped the next working day. Once your order is shipped you can track the order via the Evri website.

- What Delivery Options Are There?

We have 3 main delivery options available for you use and these are as follows:

- Evri 2-3 Day Delivery

- Evri 1-2 Day Delivery

- DPD UK Next Day Delivery

The cost of these delivery methods will be calculated at the checkout and you can change your selection and ensure you are happy before you purchase.

- Do You Offer Free Delivery?

Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all orders of £25 and over! Simply add enough to your basket and then select the free shipping option at checkout. This delivery method is Evri 2 -3 days delivery. You can still select a faster shipping option if you wish however, this will incur the normal delivery fee.

- Where Is My Order?

All orders placed should be provided with a tracking number which will be sent to you by email when the order is dispatched. If you have not received this tracking number or you cannot find it then please just Contact Us and we can re-send your tracking number or trace the parcel for you in the event something has gone wrong with the delivery.

- Does In The Red Golf Provide Overseas Shipping?

Yes! No matter where you are you can buy our great products. Simply enter your shipping address at checkout and the shipping will be calculated for you.

- Is VAT Included In My Purchase?

Yes. British Government value-added tax (20%) is included in every purchase. This is incorporated into the sales price so the price you see is the price you pay.

- How Do Purchases From In The Red Golf Show On My Bank Statement?

All purchases made on www.ITRGolf.co.uk will show as 'SP ITRGOLF' on your bank statements.

- Does In The Red Golf Stock More Than Just Male Products?

We are planning on stocking female and junior golf products and clothing in due course. At this stage, we are still researching the best products to offer to more than just male golfers. Please subscribe to be the first to know!

 

Returns & Refunds

- My Order Is Damaged

All orders placed through our site must pass a vigorous quality and assurance check prior to being posted. We pride ourselves on ensuring you will receive your order in pristine condition. Should your order be damaged when received, please Contact Us so that we can arrange a replacement or refund for you.

- How Do I Return An Item?

We understand that things can go wrong and that sometimes for some reason you may want to return an item. Please Contact Us as soon as possible so that we can seek to resolve the issue for you or start a return and refund your money. Please note that if an item it being returned then it will need to be unused beyond test fitting and be in it's original packaging with labels included and still attached to the product.

- Where Is My Refund?

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and we aim to complete all refunds within 14 days of the item being returned to us. If you have received a refund notification from us then we have requested the payment provider to return your funds and any delay from that point onwards will be with the payment provider and not from In The Red Golf.

Not at all! You are free to browse our website and place orders without creating an account however, creating an account does allow you to manage and track your orders as well as save payment methods and delivery addresses for faster checkout next time. Account holders will also be the first to hear about sales and offers available on future orders.

Creating an account has many benefits, you can see and manage orders you have placed, save payment and delivery details and edit these too. It will also allow you to receive early discounts and offers that we issue to account holders.
